Common questions
Why does the app need my microphone?
To capture audio while you're recording a meeting. Audio is processed entirely on your iPhone — it is not uploaded.
Why does the app need Speech Recognition?
To transcribe the audio you record into text using Apple's on-device Speech framework. Recognition runs locally; the audio file never leaves your device.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? below the password field. We'll email you a reset link.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings inside the app and tap Delete my account. Your meetings, email logs, and profile are permanently removed within 30 days.
Why is the formatted output sometimes wrong?
Formatted summaries and action items are generated by an AI model (Anthropic Claude). Output may contain errors. You can edit any part of the formatted output before sharing it.
Are my meetings private?
Yes. Meetings are stored under your account with row-level security policies that prevent any other user from reading them. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
